When using my 1020, I hold the shutter button halfway down to let it autofocus. It proceeds to do so briefly, but as I push the button, it loses focus and results in blurry photos. The manual focus does a little better. If I tap to focus, I can usually get the focus I want after 10 or so tries. This issue comes up at any focal distance.
Is the camera broken?

My camera works perfectly for a while and then goes blurry for distance shots as though it just wants to do closeups. I cannot adjust the focus at all. Always seems to happen just as vital shot needed. Have had the camera 18 months but only just found this forum. Thought it wad my fault. Love ❤ the camera etc when it is working as gtrat to be able to enlarge and crop without loss of details. Can I get this fixed in UK?

Craig, I have had my phone with no problems for a year.And just now have started having issues with my camera not holding a focus. Can you please help me? I love my phone, and don't want to have to get a new one!
