Hello and welcome Wim Schaap! You are very likely in the wrong thread.
This topic is about homegroup password printing failure.
Also, Jim McColl's post on September 12, 2016 was specifically about setting Internet Explorer as the default browser not working for him. (He is also alone here, as that workaround is the only known good workaround currently.)

2016-10-12T20:31:52+00:00 Hi Eddie,
- Could you please let me know if other print job works fine? Could you print a document from Word or NotePad?
- Is this the complete error message "Your homegroup password couldn't be printed
An error occurred while Windows was trying to print your homegroup password. (Error code: 2147500037)" you are getting?
If yes, then this error is displayed when Internet Explorer is not your default web browser. To fix this error, and allow you to print your homegroup password, you first need to set Internet Explorer as your default web browser. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the following mini-guide:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/make-ie-default-browser#ie=ie-9
After that, please refer to the steps in the following link to create a new homegroup:

I find this very humorous as Windows 10 wants you to use Edge as your default. Maybe this problem needs an update?
This did not resolve the issue in Windows 10. Any solutiosn for Windows 10?
