2015-12-14T19:38:20+00:00 Hi Eddie,
- Could you please let me know if other print job works fine? Could you print a document from Word or NotePad?
- Is this the complete error message "Your homegroup password couldn't be printed
An error occurred while Windows was trying to print your homegroup password. (Error code: 2147500037)" you are getting?
If yes, then this error is displayed when Internet Explorer is not your default web browser. To fix this error, and allow you to print your homegroup password, you first need to set Internet Explorer as your default web browser. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the following mini-guide:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/make-ie-default-browser#ie=ie-9
After that, please refer to the steps in the following link to create a new homegroup:
Good evening
I got exactly the same error code in exactly the same conditions ( I could print word documents but I could not print my homegroup password ) with Windows 10.
After setting Internet Explorer as my default browser, as you recommanded it in october 2013 , I could print the page with my password.
So many thanks for this solution working also with Windows 10 , but is it normal to have to choose Internet explorer as my default browser when THE browser of Windows 10 is Edge ?

Shouldn't have to use IE for anything, let alone make it the default browser and many folks choose NOT to use IE. This is an on-going problem for many, many years let alone the many iterations of the Windoze.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
It was a problem on all my 3 machines ( 2 Asus +1 Acer_ 2 windows 10 + 1 windows 7 ) as long as Internet Explorer was not the default web browser
My report was just to inform people that I got this error code with windows 10 and to precise that the solution proposed in 2013 to fix this problem is still working todays with windows 10
