LK, I too had the same problem.  Here's the fix:

Right-Click on the Documents folder in the left pane of Windows Explorer

In the Security tab, click "Edit"

In the "Permissions for Documents" window, click "Add"

In the "Select Users or Groups" window, add your login username in the "Enter the object names to select(examples):" pane and click "Check Names"

    Click OK

Back on the "Permissions for Documents" window, click on your newly added login username then grant "Full control" by clicking the "Allow" tick.  "Apply", "OK" to close the window, then OK on the "Documents Properties" window.

Repeat this procedure for your "Pictures" folder.

You should now have full control of both folders.

LK, Én is ugyanaz volt a probléma. Íme a megoldás:

Kattintson jobb gombbal a Dokumentumok mappát a bal oldali panelen a Windows Explorer

A Biztonság lapon kattintson a "Szerkesztés"A "engedélyei Documents" ablakban kattintson a "Hozzáadás"

Yes, of course I have made this process.

However the problem itself is not resolved because the question is: Why Windows 10 made corrupt user rights which were OK in Windows 7. Why "Unknown user" appeared on some directory's Security sheet after upgrade to Windows 10.

Why Home Group is not working on the same machine for particular users while it works for other ones. Before on Windows 7 all users could use Home Group and all of them appeared in Home Group's list.

I have a file server on my Asus router. Before upgrade all users could reach its folders from my machine. After upgrade to Windows 10 there is a user who can open them as before, some other users cannot. For that particular user who can reach all file server's folders there in an "Unknown user" entry in Security sheet of folders shared in Home Group. (Of course user ID really cannot be found in the registry.) Other users who cannot reach file server's directories don't have that "Unknown user" entry. As that "Unknown user" entry would in relation with file server's access. When these users try to open a directory on file server a dialog box is opening and asking for user name and password for a domain while machine is not in domain. However machine name appeares as it were domain name.

I think all those anomalies are observed because user rights are misshandled by Windows 10 and this is the reason for all them.

One other thing I noticed when adding my User Login to the ACL is there was a SID entry that went away when I updated the ACL.  I didn't delete it, it simply went away when the ACL refreshed with my login.

Just a theory: It may be a hold-over from NT,...,XP's "My Documents" and "My Pictures" short cuts migration to "Documents" and "Pictures."

Asy I know IE is part of Windows 10 too. So you should have it on your machine agter upgrade. I suggest you to search for Internet Explorer and it should be found, then you could start it. Then you can follow this "funny" process.
