I have been trying to connect my PC and my laptop on the same network and every step has been a challenge!!!! Now the laptop won't print and PC gives me an error code.

Here it is February 2018 and I'm still getting this error code. Yes! I have Windows 10 Pro and MS Edge is my default browser. I also have MS service contract so can get this fixed, please!
