Thanks for replying. Your English is excellent.

However the reason for this post is not to look for a work-around, but to point out that this function is included in Windows 10 ( as it was in previous versions of Windows), but  is broken. Moreover this bug has been there for a long time through several builds. MS is aware of it, but doesn't appear to be interested in fixing it for some  reason.

Hello and good evening to all! First of all, i'd like to excuse my english writing, i'm not english or american! I see a lot of people complaining about this error code (2147500037)... You don't necesseraly need to change your default browser... There's an easy way to get your password, and the explained steps, printed. When using win7/8/10, you can use the little "cutting" app, displayed by a pair of scissors.... Make a rectangular "cutout", save it, and print it! No hassle whatsoever.... I hope i can help a lot of people with this?? Maybe MS could hire me...? LOL Take care, folks!

step six, you forgot to include EDGE which is MS Windows 10 default browser, and also will  result in the same error when you try to print the homegroup password. I refuse to make Explorer my default browser, This is not s solution, merely a work-around. I can still use my desktop computer which has Windows 8.1 installed, to print the homegroup password. By the way, the series of panels related to homegroup settings, appears to be identical in both Windows 10 and Windows 8.1.

    Poor response MS

I am now using the latest Inside build 14959  and this feature still does not work

Tragic.  3 years and MS do not care.  It is also included in Windows 10.

They have the error number, that they can trace and find in their own documentation, but no...    Tragic.

Yes, I have been trained to not print from Windows O.S. as there is almost always software bug problems.

The new generations of Microsoft employees, has been, like everybody that grew up in the 1980 Reaganomics decennium, have been changed, manipulated and altered in moral and behavior.   The glow of passion is gone.

Now we have kids growing up like perfect copies of ms. Ayun Rand and mr. Friedrich Nietzsche.  The most egocentrics that have ever walked this planet.   PERFECT FOR CONSUMERISM!!!  Buy or Die.  Buy and die anyway from scrap odeur.

Peace, Equality, Justice for all, generates automatically love and solidarity among us. Simple as that.

    Our natural state of mind.
