Hi thanks for your advice. Now I understand the feedback hub I will use this as well. If anyone is still following this thread I have set up a feedback for this error. Please go on and upvote it to see if we can get it sorted!
I have put in under the category 'networks'. Didn't know really the best place. However the wording is:
'Please can Microsoft fix error code 2147500037'.
I'm watching this space........
Does Microsoft look at these comments or do we just become bitter and twisting amongst ourselves because nothing is done?!!!!
Doubtful.
You might get Microsoft to take notice by posting grievances to the Feedback Hub, which became available to users of Windows 10 since the release of the Anniversary Update.
You could voice your dissatisfaction through the Feedback Hub. Select the keyboard shortcut Win+S and type Feedback Hub. Click the Best Match at the top of the dropdown menu. Type Windows Update Restart, click Trending followed by Upvotes. You add your Vote by clicking Upvote 2 under the number of votes already cast supporting the comment e.g. 429 1 in the image below:
John, I am shocked and disappointed to hear this. Does Microsoft look at these comments or do we just become bitter and twisting amongst ourselves because nothing is done?!!!!
I am being hopeful that they are watching and will finally do something - especially if it is still a problem in their most up to date software. Otherwise I am not very impressed.
