Hi, Shivkumarsingh,
STEP 1: Copy all the .xap files which you want to install in your Windows 8 phone to your SD card.
STEP 2: Now go to Start -> Store -> SD card and wait for few minutes for all the .xap files to be loaded.
STEP 3: Select the app which you want to install -> Select Install option.
STEP 4: If your apps are compatible then you can see them in the Compatible apps list if not it will be shown in the Incompatible apps list.
STEP 5: Once you have successfully installed the apps, you can see those apps listed in the Apps list from start.

i go to app list then Store but there i couldn't find the sd card option.....please tell me what should i do?
Sorry, that doesn't work on my Lumia 635 with Win-8.1 installed. The ".xap" file doesn't show up in my "Store", only what Microsoft wants me to view from their online stuff :(
Need a Dang "File Manager" like Windows is supposed to have! If Win 10 for putters isn't gonna have that and restrict me further from my computer like they started doing with Win 8.1, I'm Not Upgrading!
The app has to be for your region and for your phone. The xap also has to be the latest version of the app.
Phones without an SD card can now install local apps.
Open the Windows Phone Store.
