How do I get my Google Calendar events to show in the Calendar app in Windows 8?

    It seems to be a BIG finger pointing game.  GOOGLE says its MICROSOFT'S fault & MICROSOFT says it's all GOOGLE'S fault.  And some people believe each party.  I personally give them both the finger.  We are already OWNED by 'the man', but these two want a bigger piece of pie than the other.  So yeah, they both get my finger.  Just kiss and say your sorry, and let us end user, have a GOOGLE calendar app on our MICROSOFT operating system, please.  See, I said please.  Now it's your turn to help us.

    Agreed.

    Google deliberately removed EAS support so people would use Google's own API service, Microsoft are deliberately not implementing it so people will hopefully switch to Microsoft's own Outlook.com service.

    Hi,

    I imported the Google calender and now want to undo the import, basically go back to having my Google calender separate, can you pls. tell me how to do that.

    What calendar do you mean? Google doesn't have a Birthday Calendar feature, Outlook.com does though.

    Every Google Calendar has an ICS link, it's in Settings for each calendar.
