First of all I'd check to see if its the systems fault or if it's the Keyboards.
- Open up Control Panel, click Ease Of Access, then Ease Of Access Centre.
- Now select 'Start On Screen Keyboard which can be found with the 3 other disability aided tools towards the top of the window.
- Highlight any text on a program, then with your mouse click on the 'Ctrl' button and then 'C' on the On-Screen Keyboard. Open up any area that allows to paste, and perform the same process with 'V'.
- If it works and pastes the highlighted text then the problem lies with the keyboard. If not, then its a system issue.
