Hello, someone run cossacks without bugs like mouse dont show or something? Please help. I LOVE This game.

Witam czy ktoś uruchomił Kozaków bez problemów typu myszka się nie pokazuje itp.? proszę o pomoc!!!

    Im pulling hairs trying to find a way to play one of my favourite games on win 8 as well - similar situation to Birdofhermes. Can someone find a fix - a simple one would be great for me. Im a "put the disc in and play" chap.

    Mouse function is failing once reaching menu.

    Same issue with the Acer Extensa 5630 Laptop, and Windows 8.1 Pro installed.

    On win7 the close explorer.exe and start cossacks worked.

    I have the complete Anthology fomr the 3CD box edition, but none of them works. (TAoW and BtW is having the issue mouse not moving, and EW is having the issue dmct.exe crashing immidiatelly after start.)

    Any possible solution? the ddraw.dll and the exploree.exe fix is not working currently.

    Drivers are the latest, and the win8 updates are the most recent what can be installed on 8.1.

    many of you may don't like the fact to pay again i had the game on the steam an can kill they self as they not even bother to fix the problem i had to pay again but at least i can play it works guys :)

    To anyone and everyone. 

    There is no support of Cossacks on Windows 8, pro or any version. There's no patch to fix this either, so don't go downloading anything suspicious. The only way you could run Cossacks on Win8 machine is to run in a virtualbox. It's free, and you can simply follow this guidehow to get winXP free as well.
