Windows 7 - Blue screen problem - samsung all in one

I keep getting a blue screen on my samsung all in one PC. It have been rarely used. After starting up windows i normally get a blud screen, the last time it happened i got he following error report:

    I still have not been able to resolve this matter. Samsung sent me the driver on a usb and i receive the same error message when trying to install:

    Please upload and share with everyone copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your Sky Drive and post a link here.

    To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window select Windows Logs and System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log.

    Please provide a copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Please upload to your Sky Drive, share with everyone and post a link here.

    [Problem Devices]

    Device PNP Device ID Error Code 

    Standard VGA Graphics Adapter PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6760&SUBSYS_B084144D&REV_00\4&4DCA75F&0&0008 This device is disabled.

    In Device Manager right click on the Device and select Uninstall and restart your computer. It should then resinstall the device and you can install the updated driver. Before uninstalling the device make a note of where you have placed the driver so that when you go to update the the driver you can browse to and point the system at the folder where you have placed the driver. If the driver is in a zipped file unzip it before trying to update the driver as the updating process will fail if the driver has not been unzipped.

    Hey Gerry

    Im not sure if i followed the procedure correctly. I uninstalled the Standard VGA and then restarted computer. The driver had auto re installed on restart. I then went to the folder where the new driver was and ran the setup.exe file. This time i got a same error msg.

    I can go though device manager like you said and click update driver on the Standard VGA and then browse the computer for software but i don't know what file to select from the new driver folder.
