Windows 7 - Blue screen problem - samsung all in one

I keep getting a blue screen on my samsung all in one PC. It have been rarely used. After starting up windows i normally get a blud screen, the last time it happened i got he following error report:

    Yes...as i said above "I got an installation complete message and confirmation as below but when i restarted it did not replace the standard VGA." as you pointed out above from the sys info extract.

    From this thread you can see that i have been unable ot install the recommended driver ( 8.860.0.0 VGA(Graphics), AMD driver) as i keep getting the following error after running the installation in catalyst.

    I have downloaded and updated the firmware. However, i can still not downloaded the driver update...i received the same error msg as before:

    When was the computer originally purchased?

    Are you using the screen that is part of the Notebook or connecting to an external monitor?

    no...do you think the complete restore will reinstall the removed AMD Radeon HD 6470M driver?
