Windows 7 - Blue screen problem - samsung all in one

I keep getting a blue screen on my samsung all in one PC. It have been rarely used. After starting up windows i normally get a blud screen, the last time it happened i got he following error report:

    I would say the problem is most likely the graphics driver.

    The VGA driver driver did not install, i have attached the report in the sky drive. maybe you may understand why?

    Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Please upload to your Sky Drive, share and post a link here.

    I am currently downloading the drivers you advised...but its taking longer as im getting blue screens every so often.

    UPDATE: just got a BSOD when installing the updated VGA driver- THE BSOD error was: system_service_exception

    Update the USB 3.0 driver to version 1.14.3.0

    Update the Sound (Audio) driver to version 6.0.1.6647

    Update the VGA (Graphics) AMD driver to version 8.860.0.0

    UPDATE: 

    I went to open my photos and got a blue screen again....this was with the display driver AMD Radeon NOT installed.
