0x80240437 Windows 8 Store error while installing apps

This error code suddenly appears in WIndows 8 Store when trying to install or update apps....  Solutions to this have not yet been found.

There are many references to some date and time issues but they are correct on my Computer.

I did use the troubleshouter for Windows update which states that something has been corrected.

There are errors in my Event logs...

ID 36888 System Log; A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. This may result in termination of the connection. The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 10. The Windows SChannel error state is 10.

this is a fairly new Installation...

    This has also happened to me the last week of August 2013 and I have done everything I can think of to improve the problem. All the above mention suggested I tried, but no luck. Started out with the inability to update the preloaded apps. Now I cant download anyone. The fact that so many people are having this issue tells me its a tech issue with Windows Store.

    worked for me on Samsung Ativ Book 6. nothing would install or update for the past week. as far as I can tell, everything was fine until I downloaded the foursquare app. that was the last thing I installed before I noticed the problem.
