No! You should dump it immediately. Don't run it and don't let it do
anything.

Registry cleaning programs are all snake oil. Cleaning of the
registry isn't needed and is dangerous. Leave the registry alone and
don't use any registry cleaner. Despite what many people think, and
what vendors of registry cleaning software try to convince you of,
having unused registry entries doesn't really hurt you.

The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner erroneously
removing an entry you need is far greater than any potential benefit
it may have.

Let me point out that neither I nor anyone else who warns against the
use of registry cleaners has ever said that they always cause
problems. If they always caused problems, they would disappear from
the market almost immediately. Many people have used a registry
cleaner and never had a problem with it.

Rather, the problem with a registry cleaner is that it carries with it
the substantial risk of having a problem. And since there is no
benefit to using a registry cleaner, running that risk is a very bad
bargain.

    I don't use RegCure Pro, didnt like the control it had ( or any of the multi tasking speed ya PC up malware disguised programs) over my PC.

    For over 6 yrs now I've been using CCleaner to clean my registry.

    Why ?

    Because when you uninstall a program, esp one you don't want hanging around in your reg waiting to re-install scripts galore, it will leave **** in there. CCleaner analyses the reg and highlights all errors regarding obsolete programs and addresses. Its up to you what you delete and it asks if you want to make a back up before any deletion.

    If you just use its default settings, it wont do any harm but make sure you dont delete without a backup. Its free and use it every 3 months or so or when you want to clear out any remains of programs you have uninstalled.

    I've been on many malware busting sites where the great guys there sort you out, and one program they say to use to begin with is CCleaner, with a multitude of deletion programs to further rid your PC of obstinate viruses after that. Sometimes they ask to do it in safe mode, which is actually a good idea anyway as many malware scripts and programs haven't loaded up yet. Malwarebytes and Spybot are great for hunting out rootkits and HitmanPro is a good allround performer.

    But really you just want one program to do one job, these hyped up multi talented one for all bloatware programs just dont cut it and in my opinion clog your PC up even more.

    1.having downloaded windows 10 my system seems more stable

    I have avast installed, when I GOT A VIRUS I took a chance and bought spy hunter it removed the virus completely I also regularly use spybot to check out my system.

    I'M NO EXPERT but works for me!

    Sorry but you are wrong. Rec cure pro is a great, I used it on my old XP computer.

    Now I have had major problem with my ipod because my labtop didn´t regognize it.

    After spending whole night browsing the internet for answers, I finally installed Reccure and it fixed the problem
