How safe is RegCure Pro?

so by what your are saying David about the regcure pro and similar software is that it is not true especially when we scan for errors using their software. how come when i searched for bad_pool_error on google, the first results was a blog that referred to regcure ? if this kind of tools is not to be used in any conditions without IT supervision, why Microsoft doesnt issue a general warning and include this thing when ever we buy a laptop or a desktop?

and one more thing, how does these websites claim to fix the errors and return our device to its peak condition?
