lumia 720 screen freeze

If you have confirmed that they are updated, try recovering the software of your phone using the Nokia Software Recovery Tool. I bought my Nokia Lumia 720 sometime in August last year in India. It was working brilliantly in the first few days until the windows OS was updated. Not only did the image capture quality of the phone's camera degraded, but my phone's screen started freezing every 5 seconds! Everytime I did anything, whether playing "Wordament", or looking through the address book, or even unlocking the screen, my phone stopped responding. The only way to unfreeze the screen was to press the screen button on the side. 

To fix this problem, I tried reseting the phone and updating the software. I even went to the Nokia care center and they suggested me to replace the screen! I need a better workaround for this because I think this is a software glitch. I am really disappointed with the performance of this phone considering that I trusted Nokia over other phone companies.

I buyed 730 two days after buying I started using it and after 6 hrs of purchase it started hanging I am not able to make call n I don't receive any call cant use net ntg but the phone works I can use apps but cant connect to network after that I want to restart my mob pls say me how to rectify it

It is happening when I am ending my call (often) . Some times this happens when I am in between a call and I am unable to end my call , And few times when I have to receive the call .

It also happens when phone is ideal and I try to unlock the screen .

I bought 720 3yrs b4. NW I have the same issue freezes and showing grains . MIC is not working properly suddenly. I don't know wat else is going to happen.
