lumia 720 screen freeze

I had a problem that the screen turned green after clicking a pic. Just purchased the lumia 720 4 days ago. Restarting the phone fixed the problem. Would request the Nokia team to look into this as restarting always does not seem to be a good option:)

Hello, i saw your message about your phone. My lumia 720 has the same issue with you. I can't do anything with my phone, no respond when i touch the screen. Even though i restart (with holding volume button & power button) several times, it cant work anyway. When there's phone call, message and notification, it still show up on my phone, but i can't do anything, all my touch on screen doesn't work. So how about your phone? How you fix this problem?

Anyone, please help me here. My boss call me like 10 times a day but i can't answer because my screen doesn't work properly.
