lumia 720 screen freeze

Hi my new Lumia 720 sometimes freeze up and only way out is a reset..... Any tips please? Is this a known issue? Is there any fix update planned to be released?

    1. Does this happen randomly or when accessing certain apps/features on the phone?
    2. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps? If yes, please let us know.
    3. Is the software of the phone updated? (Lumia Black) How about the system apps?

    Hello, i saw your message about your phone. My lumia 720 has the same issue with you. I can't do anything with my phone, no respond when i touch the screen. Even though i restart (with holding volume button & power button) several times, it cant work anyway. When there's phone call, message and notification, it still show up on my phone, but i can't do anything, all my touch on screen doesn't work. So how about your phone? How you fix this problem?

    Anyone, please help me here. My boss call me like 10 times a day but i can't answer because my screen doesn't work properly.

    I had a problem that the screen turned green after clicking a pic. Just purchased the lumia 720 4 days ago. Restarting the phone fixed the problem. Would request the Nokia team to look into this as restarting always does not seem to be a good option:)

    Thank you for your help my phone was in green freeze state but it got reset just the way you had mentioned

    reason: phone got freeze due to multiple continouse button tapped constantly.
