lumia 720 screen freeze

Return the Piece. Thats the best way.

My Lumia 720 was purchased on Thu 25th. The issues i have

1. I tried pairing my bluetooth BH-108 with the L720 & it wasnt recognising the accessory. So i stopped after couple of tries. Locked my screen and drew to work, where i realised the phone just wouldnt show up. When i called from my landline the L720 was ringing to my landline earpiece, but the mobile phone wasnt ringing or responding, screen blank !. I then tried the Powerbutton + volume rockers. The phone switched back-on and everything is fine after it. I am yet to try re-pairing the phone though
2. Each time i change screens by pressing the back button (left), the clock shows up all across the blank screen and sometimes a blue line keeps running through...this is common on every single back-move. Jarry screen and its just showing badly. See the screen shot i have attached

I am not seeing any solution on this forum.. but if others are also facing a similar issue, then its more wide i guess

I read many posts and answers but have not noticed a real working solution for sudden freeze screens or "dead" Lumia 720, did I miss something  ?

My Lumia 720 freezes nearly any time I listen to the music , but also while checking exchange mail account( in the beginning for some other applications, now only these 2 ),

I use 64GB fast SD card where I have around 20GB of music( so lot of free space ).Phone memory has still about 3GB free.

I hardly ever use 2 applications together , so heavy use cannot be the issue, all updates installled right away.

Last night it froze and "died"  ( for couple of hours I coud not do anything , did not try hard reset, just soft as I have installed HERE DRIVE full version) . It is so frustrating, I was about to throw it against the wall ( second time already ) , any advice except returning to the shop .I am strictly against Android or iPhone but i am getting rather nervous what to do .

I have the exact same problem. I had the phone for about a week and it happened twice. At one time I was taking photos with the camera. Then the screen froze, displaying the current camera picture and became unresponsive, then after some time (maybe half a minute to a minute) the screen just went black and never came back. VolumeDown+Power button reset it and it started up again.

The second time it happened I just had the phone sitting on my desk, it hasn't been touched for at least 12 hours. I unlocked the screen and then came a message 'Resuming" with the animated dots. It's been doing that for about half a minute or a minute and then the screen went black again, the phone became completely unresponsive, had to reset it agian.

I only have WiFi enabled (no Bluetooth/etc.).

I suspect it's a bug in the OS/software because when the phone is in this unresponsive state, connecting it to a computer via USB still brings up the phone connection on the computer as usual.
