lumia 720 screen freeze

Hi my new Lumia 720 sometimes freeze up and only way out is a reset..... Any tips please? Is this a known issue? Is there any fix update planned to be released?

    Did any Microsoft employee address this problem? They will not.

    Microsoft is another lala company that makes a pretense of looking at your problem; however, the result will be nil.

    My Lumia 1320_994 has convinced me only to use Windows, not any other product.

    Has any solution been provided by Microsoft? I do not think so. My Lumia 1320_994 also has this problem. 

    They will keep on asking questions till you lose hope and decide to giver up.

    Microsift is also a lala, after all.

    I was so tired with this issue, my phone still frozen after my reset and did not happen anything after I restart the screen remains frozen does not respond when I touch I beg solution to this.

    I bought 720 3yrs b4. NW I have the same issue freezes and showing grains . MIC is not working properly suddenly. I don't know wat else is going to happen.
