lumia 720 screen freeze

I bought a lumia 720 one month ago and was working good till few days back and it started freezing when every i am connecting to wifi even sometimes after restart the phone again same problem this is an serious issue and most of them have a same problem of freezing nokia should do something

me too, sometimes my lumia 720 randomly freeze, i don't know why but if i press the lock key and unlock again it's back to normal, and that's happening again and again, that's happen after i update display+touch in windows store.

I had bought lumia 720 in june 2013..since then i have been in love with this phone..slowly it starting misbehaving and got dead one day completely..i read about this on net and did a hard reset as soft reset was not working out.

But after the recent amber updates rollin out in september has completely brought down the performance. Before the updates in 3 months of using the phone i had not faced this screen freeze problem altough i used it moderately not heavy usage..

After updating my phone(amber update) by manually flashing through nokia care suit..Its performance is completely pathetic..

i mean since then the screen freezes very often atleast thrice everyday and sometimes it recovers itself after 3 to 4 min or by soft reset while hardware buttons works very well. Its so frustating and irritating as most of the times it gets stuck up when there is an incoming call and i cant receive it..I was fed up of this thing so again i decided and did a hard reset 3 days ago..since then screen has not freezed even once hope everthing goes well but i m sure it wouldn't as it seems this is surely a software bug and not any hardware issues because before update it worked fine .There is surely a bug with the OS and nokia and microsoft have to work it out quickly with an update else reputation of this phone will be  going down and nobody would suggest to buy an expensive phone which irritates most often..

i have the same problem , nokia plz find way to solve
