Error “Windows\System32\Atibtmon.exe Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library”.

Original Title: just installed windows 8 pro

getting error   windows\system32\atibtmon.exe 

mircosoft visual c++ runtime library

How can I fix this? Any suggestions would be helpful.

    There is either no more "Run" in Windows 10 or they put it somewhere else! Haven't been able to find it.

    You can msconfig, but get something wrong...and poof your CPU died.

    Its a AMD power issue, uninstall the video driver then reboot. Stay connected to the internet (btw you can fix the SoundBlaster error the same way).

    Find device manager, you will see a old school windows tree...about 3rd down you will see display device..properties...driver. Uninstall then reboot, screen will go odd then snap back in..(stay connected to the internet).

    Go to Run, then services, then uncheck AMD external device utility, then restart PC.
