Error “Windows\System32\Atibtmon.exe Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library”.

Original Title: just installed windows 8 pro

getting error   windows\system32\atibtmon.exe 

mircosoft visual c++ runtime library

How can I fix this? Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Use System Restore to recover your system to an earlier time than what is happening.

    I tried both methods with no luck.

    Method #1 atibtmon.exe does not show.

    Method #2  states "error" that this is already installed

    I followed your instructions and it worked !!!!   The error message is gone,  it has not come back up.    Thank you so much for your help.
