Hi,

1.     Has the game ever worked earlier or it is the first time you are trying to play?

2.     Which operating system is installed on the computer?

Method 1:

You may try the steps from the following link and check if it works:

Flight Simulator X: “An error occurred while attempting to activate the product The problem may be due to an incomplete installation of the application”

Method 2:

b. Browse to the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTROL\CLASS{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} ****c. Find Upperfilters listed under it, and check its value, if its 0 change it to PartMgr and click OK out.

I changed the partmgr.fltsrv in PartMgr.fltsrv and suddenly I could activate Acceleration.

    It was great :-)

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    W ooOOOoOooOOoW

That was amazing!!! I don't really know what i just did, but it was amazing that by only changing that I could activate the expansion pack!!

In y case all i had to do was to change the "p" and the "m" to capital letters, the value was not "0", but "partmgr"...

    Thank you a lot!!

I have been looking for months and this was exactly the problem.

Changed it to PartMgr and worked right away!
