    I was recently advised to delete past history and cookies etc I did that and my laptop has not worked properly since .......there seems to be files missing allowing me to open a page on chrome  it has also stopped me connecting to my mail and some sites I used everyday

    Thanks for your help.  The problem has been solved.  Windows 10 works beautifully and I have all my photos saved.
