What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    Same problem here in the Netherlands. After downloading whatsapp on my 520. Can't download a other update. What is the solution?

    Happening to me too. I just happen to be traveling in the Netherlands right now and was installing various apps to help with translations and travel. I installed WhatsApp earlier and it seems after that I started to get the same error.

    Funny thing though, I switched to a stronger WiFi AP at my hotel (same network) and I was able to get a couple installs to go through. One was a new app and the other was an app update. I still have 2 others that keep getting the same error though (one new app and one more app update). I'm note sure why 2 worked and the other 2 didn't or why switching AP's made a difference.

    Had 7 updates today, here transit updated succesfully, whatsapp/ here maps/ here drive didnt.. 

    Waited so damn long for the whatsapp update ..... 

    Don't try deinstalling whatsapp! : )

    Same problem,

    today i saw the new WhatsApp update

    i wanted to install it but it failed

    i tried to reinstall i completly but it failed too

    now i havnt got whatsapp anymore, not the old version and not the new....

    Everybody just stop posting. It is a store issue, not your phone's. Just wait. Or at least read previous posts.

    Last time it happened it was sorted out in a day.

    I am having the same issue. but really wanted post this because he said not to.  I guess we all will wait for MS to fix yet another error.
