What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    I am having this problem as well...  YES, it's error code c101b000.

    I tried to download 4 apps from the Marketplace, but when they actually download, they all stop at exactly 50% and revert to a "Attention required,  Tap here." message...  When you tap, an error box pops up and says:

    App Name

    There is a problem completing your

    request,  Try again later.

    Error code:  c101b000

    ***retry***  ***close***

    when I hit retry, it downloads 50% and reverts back to the same loop....  when I hit close, it closes the window......

    OS 7.10.8112.7

    Zune ver 4.8.2345.0

    Windows Vista

    I was eventually able to install apps through retrying.  No reboot required.  Wierd.

    Same problem for me here. Exact same error message and code. Tried several apps and all give the same message. So far retrying (maybe 20 times) hasn't been successful. Only bought the phone yesterday - this isn't a great introduction to it :(

     edit: and regardless of the size of the app, it always gives the error code at exactly 50% of the download.

     Someone at MS must know what that code signifies? Google throws up nothing at all apart from these few messages. Thanks.

    Are You Still Having The Problem? I Still Cannot Install Any Apps It Just Started Happening After About 1 o'clock. I Did Read That They Were Changing The Marketplace Name To Something Different I Don't Know If It Is Today That There doing it But If We Are All Having The Problem MS Is The One Creating It.
