I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

Hey everybody. Just downloaded the Whatsapp app update just now, through my regular data connection (e.g. 3G, my dataproviders connection) meaning NOT over WiFi.
It installed correctly on the first attempt!
Will now try another. Could take a moment since the next one is 8mb and the Whatsapp update was 6mb and that one already took a while.

It seems that all of us are Nokia users. Anybody with an HTC or a Samsung phone have this problem? Please share it with us.
I'm also curious if anybody has tried their app updates with only their regular data connection (e.g. 3G, EDGE, HSDPA, etc.)?
Alhamdulillaah, I was manage to download and install the WhatsApp again.
I did nothing to fix it but re-tried after some hours and it did it seamlessly.
No issues now.
