What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I just got my lumia 640 yesterday and I got that error.

This is not a good intro to windows phone.

I was hit with this error code today. I've had my Lumia 520 for three years now and it's worked perfectly fine until now. One month ago, around the beginning of September, the phone stopped accessing the store when I tried to pay for apps. I was still capable of installing free apps, but today even that stopped working.

Here's everything I've done so far:

1. Soft reset and nudged the battery. Didn't work.
2. Changed date and time. Didn't work.
3. Changed MS password and synced. Didn't work.

...I'm not going to reboot my phone, no matter what anyone tells me. I don't want to lose my contacts, photos and apps - given how this error works, I wouldn't be able to install any apps even after a reboot.

Please fix this. It's definitely a worldwide store error and not just something we customers thought up. It also impacts the usage of the phone negatively since it won't even receive app updates.

I have had my 635 for two years. This problem started for me a couple of months ago while installing a random app. That app never did install due to this problem and a few days ago I started getting "critically low on phone storage space" messages which is strange since I store everything on my SD card (including apps). Tried everything to recover storage space and ended up restoring the phone which helped the space issue, but now cannot install ANY apps at all. Have tried every solution here to no avail. Since I do have this phone insured I will be going to the store today for a replacement, and I bet it won't be a Windows phone!

Yes same problem I also tried to view the terms of use but was shown the latest deals available for Windows Phone laptop and tablets
