What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    Hi,

    I can also confirm that with my Lumia 830 and Lumia 930 (both running WP8.1), that I am able to update installed apps and download new apps from the Store. My region settings on the phones are set to Finland.

    The issue is fixed, today morning apps can be downloaded and installed.

    Turn off automatic updating of date and time. Set to store apps and downloads to your phone, not SD card. That should solve the problem
