What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    Marketplace'ten bir uygulama yüklemeye gerek yok. Uygulama mükemmel bir şekilde indirilecek, gerekli hale gerekliydi. Bu uygulama, bir uygulama ile ilgili bir bilgiyi ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Dünyada onu ne kaybettim. Yarışma ihtiyacıım var.

    Sorun Mayıs 2012'de mevcut olsaydı ve hala birkaç ayda bir gerçekleşiyorsa çözülmedi.

    neden olmasın?

    if the problem existed in May 2012 and is still occurring every few months it has not been solved.
