What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    I had the same error code. Connecting to wifi solved the problem.

    I have same problem with my phone which is Windows Phone Microsoft Lumia 435.... i can't re-load whatsapp

    I'm still unable to download from the store. What did you do to try to fix it? I've done everything short of a hard reset.

    Yep I can't install anything from the store.  I am was in Facebook and kept getting kicked out.  When I went to reinstall I got the C101b000 error.  Can't install anything from the store..  Microsoft isn't saying a word.  I'm getting ready to leave for a trip.  Bad damn timing for my phone to be on the fritz.  I wish they would just say something is wrong with the store.  It's happening to a lot of people.  Very frustrated.  I can't reset because I'm going to lose my GPS application which the vendor spent an entire day last week getting to work for me.  Damn.

    MICROSOFT PLEASE HELP! 

    Running 8.1 on a Nokia 925.  Haven't had a problem with the phone until a few hours ago.

    From my understanding there is a link somewhere under Xbox you can see if something is down.

    I don't have an SD card.

    My region is Redmond, WA!
