I have the same problem with a new Lumia 640XL, i am not able to install or update the aplications. I think we need to wait.

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

2016-07-22T13:45:08+00:00 I have the Lumia 920 and I too am getting the same error. When is this supposed to be fixed? I did a hard reset and now can't install any apps. I have tried repeated times and no effect. That's been over the last 18 hours.

I just pressed it repeatedly I think it's about you're net .. must be unstable or the app you're downloading can't connect to the server . just press it repeatedly till it gets through or if not... I don't know XD
