What does the error code c101b000 represent?

I was getting this error code as I was attempting to install an application from the Marketplace. The application will download perfectly, but when it tries to install the application, it would continuously give me this same error code. This occurred on multiple application installation attempts, so I know it is not a problem with one specific application that I am attempting to install. I am completely lost on what in the world this might be. I need help here.

    I received the same error message when installing multiple apps.  The app downloads but when it goes to install (at about the 51% mark in the status bar), it errors out and goes to the App list.  The app name is shown but under the name it says "attention required".  Clicking the app shows the app in Marketplace Downloads with "Attention required.  Tap here."  Clicking gives "<app name> There is a problem completing your request.  Try again later.  Error code: c101b000" with retry and close buttons.  Retry ends up giving the same behavior.  This occurred even after a shutdown and restart of the phone.

    However...  After trying a few times, one of the apps did indeed install.  I still have another which is giving the error but I'll keep trying.

    I recieve the same error message after installing the latest Lumia Update. Trying to install an APP prompts user Attention Requiered with error code: c101b000. What could be the reason?

    I am experiencing this issue. I just picked up a replacement WP while my original is in for repairs. Tried to install an app. It goes through the 50% install, and then has "Attention Required. Tap Here". Brings up "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error code: c101b000.

    I am having this problem as well...  YES, it's error code c101b000.

    I tried to download 4 apps from the Marketplace, but when they actually download, they all stop at exactly 50% and revert to a "Attention required,  Tap here." message...  When you tap, an error box pops up and says:

    App Name

    There is a problem completing your

    request,  Try again later.

    Error code:  c101b000

    ***retry***  ***close***

    when I hit retry, it downloads 50% and reverts back to the same loop....  when I hit close, it closes the window......
