I get a Blue Screen when running defrag

like the title I get a BSOD when running defrag. When i analyzed my disk it said that it was 4% fragmented so i ran the defrag and up popped my BSOD. I am switching to a ne HDD tomorow so i can see if that stops these BSODs from happening, but for now i am wondering what is causing the BSOD.

    How exactly do you update your drivers? i cant read czech so i dont know what to do on the site..

    Anything important is in English there.

    Download. Extract. Open device manager. Right click on wireless. Update driver software. Browse my computer. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse.

    Navigate to extracted folder and double click the .inf. Click ok then next and it will install.

    If you don't know which Atheros you have, type msinfo32 in the Start menu then press Enter.

    Ok i cannot find wireless in device manager but maybe that is because i am using a wireless adapter not a wireless card?i am using a NETGEAR WNA1100 N150 Wireless USB Adapter. I have it updated to the latest driver.

    It's AR9271. Install from the link I gave you. It will install a 6/1/2011 driver which will not crash as the one you have now from10/11/2010 is.
