I get a Blue Screen when running defrag

like the title I get a BSOD when running defrag. When i analyzed my disk it said that it was 4% fragmented so i ran the defrag and up popped my BSOD. I am switching to a ne HDD tomorow so i can see if that stops these BSODs from happening, but for now i am wondering what is causing the BSOD.

    Best advice is to follow what I've said about installing using the device manager, as that has not been done well yet.

    "Download. Extract. Open device manager. Right click on wireless. Update driver software. Browse my computer. Let me pick. Have disk. Browse.

    Navigate to extracted folder and double click the .inf. Click ok then next and it will install."

    That's what I like to hear.

    A bsod is a bsod is a bsod. As long as it is the same system, can always be dealt with in one thread. :)

    Hey I installed the driver via the setup file and it seems to work but nothing seemed to change during or after the setup (other than no BSOD for a bit). 

    Also i know it seems like i was posting a duplicate thread but actually that was a whole different problem. I was running defrag as scheduled and it crashed. it had a different error screen but thats alright because i am switching to a new HDD anyway
