I get a Blue Screen when running defrag

like the title I get a BSOD when running defrag. When i analyzed my disk it said that it was 4% fragmented so i ran the defrag and up popped my BSOD. I am switching to a ne HDD tomorow so i can see if that stops these BSODs from happening, but for now i am wondering what is causing the BSOD.

    After I already merged two threads you opened another one Dont DO IT!!!!It is confusing to others and dilutes any help you might get.I am subscribed to this thread so will get notification if you start another thread about this topic.

    The download is special compared to all others there and actually for your type, it includes an automatic setup file.

    Just run setup.exe in the extracted folder from the link.

    Well i only updated the athur.inf not the athurx.inf. would that have something to do withit?

    Reason for latest crash is that you never updated the driver. In fact, you made it older:
