How do I get the latest version of GenuineCheck.exe

From the following WEB page http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/exe-validation.aspx?id=29156 I downloaded GenuineCheck.exe as required.

However on executing the program I got the following error message

"This version of the Windows Genuine Advantage tool is no longer supported. Please download the newest version and ensure that your system clock is accurate"

Downloaded a copy from Microsoft but the tool requires Windows XP to load.

Is there a Windows 7 version?

So where do I get a copy of the latest version?

You MUST use the 32-bit version of IE9 - not the 64-bit version.

If you're having problem then, check validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag and www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate

Since it's a WinXP 32-bit computer, you only have IE 32-bit.

Does the computer-in-question belong to you or your employer?

How long have you been unable to "download programs?"

Is UltraDefrag installed on the WinXP computer? Which version should I use on XP 32-bit where IE is forced behind the corporate firewall and will block any executable, but Chrome Corporate will not?

This seems to be my problem. I can't upgrade from XP, therefore cannot upgrade from IE8, and even with that I cannot download programs... but I can in Chrome, or Firefox. It's only IE which is considered unsafe on the internet... which it is, to be fair, if you can't use the latest version.
