How do I get the latest version of GenuineCheck.exe

From the following WEB page  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/exe-validation.aspx?id=29156 I downloaded GenuineCheck.exe as required. 

However on executing the program I got the following error message

"This version of the Windows Genuine Advantage tool is no longer supported. Please download the newest version and ensure that your system clock is accurate"

Downloaded a copy from Microsoft but the tool requires Windows XP to load.

Is there a Windows 7 version?

So where do I get a copy of the latest version?

You MUST use the 32-bit version of IE9 - not the 64-bit version.

If you're having problem then, check validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag and www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate

    The Original poster should mark the response as an Answerm that which worked for them - this then gets put on the fromt page.

    I apologize for not finding your answer. One of the early replies said it should work in all browsers. I then read several other replies that got quite complex and I didn't think they applied to my situation. I don't know if it's possible, but it would be nice if you could get the simple solutions that work flagged in the early parts, or weed out repeated suggestions or lenghty suggestions that address distinct situations. Not many peiople will wade through 6 pages if their problem isn't solved earlier. I confess I did't even realize there were more pages until I started looking for my own reply.
