Where's Chess Titans in Windows 8?

There doesn't seem to be any Microsoft games installed be default.

Hi RobbieCharles,

If you take a look in the Store, there are several Chess games available there. 

You can go to your Start screen by either clicking in the bottom left hand corner or pressing the Windows key, then go to the Store app. 

Once in the Store, you can then search for apps by pressing Windows key + C and click Search in the Charms bar, and search for Chess games from there.

    You can get the old solitaire (and Chess Titans) back. See

    However, as far as I'm concerned, Chess Titans plays chess poorly and
    there are several much better alternatives, such as Fritz and Rybka. I
    recommend that you consider one of those instead,

    And if you prefer Apple, that's fine with me. It's your choice.

    Microsoft has removed those games from Windows 8 by design. But these can be downloaded and installed from here:  http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/33814-Microsoft-Games-for-Windows-8.  They install flawlessly and run the same as on Win 7. Hope this helps and if you have any other issues or questions post and we will be glad to help you solve them.

    This was posted earlier and it works. I did it got Chess Titans back.

    mmmmmy english is very bad, so you can use a translator. i will show you how you install chess titans and all games for windows 7 easely.

    1- download "msgames_win8_x64" on this link http://getwapi.com/down/view/rar/iel0VA\_Hce/msgames\_win8\_x64.html

    and choise " Download msgames win8 x64.rar" to download

    2- extract this rar file and click right then click properties. 

    3 -choisir comptabilité et cochez la case " exécuter ce programme en mode comptabilité ( fr)

    4- click right and select "install".

    5- done.
