I uninstalled the Bing Desktop, but when I shut down the computer and it came back up, it was still there. How can I get rid of it completely?

Bing desktop was released through the windows update system,
Which is where you can Uninstall the update from,
Go to Uninstall a program or Programs and features,
On the top left click on View installed updates,
Scroll the list, it might take a minute or two to completely load all of the updates.
Right click it and click on Uninstall, it should be listed as, Bing desktop search.
P.S.
Change how you receive windows Recommended updates so when you uninstall it, it will not reload.
Like many have said bing desktop search could also be listed in uninstall a program as windows search.
I have all my browsers not taken over by Google and bing is gone. Watch it in some update downloads You find marked lines who want You give back MSN or Bing. You have to unmark this other way to undermine Your own
way to use Your4 Computer

bing is not visable on pc and block window10 from loging onto facebook.
