I uninstalled the Bing Desktop, but when I shut down the computer and it came back up, it was still there. How can I get rid of it completely?

Bing desktop was released through the windows update system,
Which is where you can Uninstall the update from,
Go to Uninstall a program or Programs and features,
On the top left click on View installed updates,
Scroll the list, it might take a minute or two to completely load all of the updates.
Right click it and click on Uninstall, it should be listed as, Bing desktop search.

Change how you receive windows Recommended updates so when you uninstall it, it will not reload.

There is no "BING" update installed on my Windows 10 Computer.
Like others I am unable to kill Bing. I find it totally useless and furthermore do not like having it forced on me by Microsoft Corp. I hate it. Uninstalling it does not work - it comes back just like garden weeds.
Using win-10 is different
Yes I see it is different. Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned I have Windows 7 and I'm able to disable Bing on my Toshia computers but not on another - which is also Windows 7 but it's a Dell laptop. It's just annoying but not a major thing.
