I uninstalled the Bing Desktop, but when I shut down the computer and it came back up, it was still there. How can I get rid of it completely?

Bing desktop was released through the windows update system,
Which is where you can Uninstall the update from,
Go to Uninstall a program or Programs and features,
On the top left click on View installed updates,
Scroll the list, it might take a minute or two to completely load all of the updates.
Right click it and click on Uninstall, it should be listed as, Bing desktop search.
P.S.
Change how you receive windows Recommended updates so when you uninstall it, it will not reload.
Bing is like Herpes, it never goes away completely, and keeps coming back forever. Uninstall Bing through Windows Update, then set your Windows Update preferences so you can control which updates are installed. You will have to manually select the Bing Desktop update and hide it, and it will be there every single time you go to update Windows for as long as you have the computer.
On the contrary, I would press criminal charges against them for breaking and entering - and they would GO TO JAIL!
My computer is MY property! If you want me to try your software, then convince me of its merits and ASK me to try it. Don't invade and damage my property by forcing your software onto it.
I prefer to control what is on my computer as well andI do not believe I have been forced to use anything from Microsoft. If you allow automatic updates, then you must accept what is provided as an update. However, I have not seen Bing as anything but an optional update that I could select or not.
The computer may be your property but you only have a license to use the Windows operating system and this use is covered under the EULA (end user license agreement) that you agreed to.
I wonder if Microsoft and other large tech companies will ever return to an understanding that the best way to get people to use a product is to make it better than other existing products, and then promote it as such.
Forcing products onto unsuspecting consumers by making things like "Bing" behave invasively like viruses and malware is quite far from anything that anyone in their right mind would consider a good customer service model.
If some random appliance company broke into my house, stole my stove, and replaced it with another stove without telling me why they had done so or how I could get my old stove back, I wouldn't be happy about it even if they did leave me a note telling me the ways in which the new stove was better than my old one.

I want Bing off my computer. I do not have Mozilla Firefox browser. Get it off now. I didn't ask for it and I don't want it.
