how to completely remove bing desktop from my computer

I uninstalled the Bing Desktop, but when I shut down the computer and it came back up, it was still there.  How can I get rid of it completely?

Bing desktop was released through the windows update system,

Which is where you can Uninstall the update from,

Go to Uninstall a program or Programs and features,

On the top left click on View installed updates,

Scroll the list, it might take a minute or two to completely load all of the updates.

Right click it and click on Uninstall, it should be listed as, Bing desktop search.

P.S.

Change how you receive windows Recommended updates so when you uninstall it, it will not reload.

    I DO NOT WANT BING ANY WHERE ON MY LAPOT,

    I CAN NOT PRINT & THE OTHER TIMES IT BLOCKS ME OUT OF MY E-MAILS,

    Looked at all updates for several years. There is no update that says Bing.

    To uninstall a program I, normally, go to Start ---; to Control Panel --- to Uninstall a Program. I did that with Bing, and uninstalled it;

    However, that did NOT remove the damned Bing Windows from my desktops.

    I then went back through the above series to ‘View Installed Updates,’ as you recommended, but there was nothing related to ‘Bing’ to view.

    I went through this list twice, looking at the many ‘Security Updates for MS” as well as the ‘Updates for MS,’ and more, but nothing connected with ‘Bing’ showed up. I then double checked on the ‘Installed Dates” and today’s date did not appear for any item.

    I, still, have those damned 'Bing' windows on my desktops.

    Where do I go from here???

    I hate that Bing with a passion. It keeps reappearing even after months of absence, as if it's been laying in wait for a moment when I am off guard. Hope ThrashZone's fix works. I will love you forever if it does.
