To launch your applications, go to the Start Screen by pointing your mouse pointer to the left hand corner of the Windows 8 screen and click it.

Scroll to the right and launch your application.

In the same Start Screen, right click and click All Apps - you should see all installed applications on the system then.

    What doesn't help is posting a cryptic message like yours in a thread more than five years old.  Are you really just now trying to find programs in Windows 8?  If you need help, go to the top of the page, click on "Ask a Question," and start a new thread.
