where is" all programs" in windows 8

The only way I found is to buy a rebuilt computer through wal-mart which comes with windows 7.

All right, let me discribe it in 2 steps.

1. open Computer window (just like "My Computer" in windows 7) click on Organaize from menu bar and select "folder and searching option" then click on "view" tab and select "Show hidden files, folders and drives" radio button and then uncheck  "Hide Protected operating system files" which makes hidden system files and folders visible, click ok and ok. now you need to create a toolbar (you asked WHERE, my answer is on windows taskbar) but how? the answer is in next step.
2. right click on free space on taskbar and go to "Toolbars" then select "New Toolbar" an open file dialog box will appear, now you need too use the path I've mentioned "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs". i.e: go to drive C and open ProgramData folder then find microsoft folder then windows folder then start menu then select "Programs" just a single click and then click on "select folder"

it's done ! now you should see a new toolbar on the right side of your windows taskbar.

If you click on Programs, you can see all programs which installed on your pc.

One last comment - TO MICROSOFT COMMUNITY SITE DEVELOPERS

I use a LOT of "community" sites trying to find help, SINCE MICROSOFT DOESN'T OFFER ANY, and I've not seen a site developed quite like this one.   Are you guys trying to mess us up with this site as well as messing with our computers by forcing Windows 8.1 on us? 

I truly wish all Windows 8 & 8.1 customers could send Microsoft a bill for all of our lost productivitytime and wasted hours we have experienced just trying to do simple, ordinary things we used to do before you came up with the hieroglyphics (you know, those pretty little tiles) and made it so hard to find ANY help from ANYONE that knows ANYTHING about this whole mess.

Mir Emad, you may just be on to something, but there  is no way I would know - because: 

1.  you don't say WHERE to put the  "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs". 

2.  Where do you see the "operating system folder"?

3.  lastly, If I knew how to "create a toolbar on [my] taskbar using this path (what path?), you will access the ........"

Please, sir/ma'am, if we are asking for help with basics like - WHERE TO FIND THINGS - we really don't know how to use this operating system well enough to do things like you suggest!  It really raises my frustration level beyond the point my blood pressure medication is able to handle. 

(How on earth does one create a toolbar on a taskbar?????)  This is a new one for me.
