Hello Coonut,
Thank you for your reply,
I would suggest you to login to any other computer and create a Windows 8 installation disk. Using that disk you can perform the troubleshooting methods given below.
Refer the link to create the installation disk:
How to create installation media for a PC refresh or reset:

When i did bootrec /rebuildBCD it said i only had 1 windows installation even though ive installed windows 8, what do i do??
ok, so i physically took out the hard drive, put it in a case and backed up my files and formatted it. for some reason it has 3 partitions and not two like i set it up (one is a system partition) to have. also, no mater how i try i don't have a permission to completely format it. now when i try to install windows... lets see what happens now :/
and i got this error report -
windows cannot copy files from f:\sources to d:$windows.~LS\sources.
the file may be corrupt or missing. make sure that all required for installation are available and restart the instalation. error code 0x80070017.
trying again... this time on the partition that never had windows installed on it. lets see where this go's.
by the way - i have a PC. WD HD, gygabite motherbord...
andit failed again. same reson.
