chkdsk /r c:
chkdsk /r d:

chkdsk /r f:
then let repair go thowe again and should be stoped

My windows 8 get in a automatic repair loop and it couldn't repair it. And than it says log file d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt
What to do?

I would suggest you to login to any other computer and create a Windows 8 installation disk. Using that disk you can perform the troubleshooting methods given below.

Hi,
Recently my laptop with Windows 8 has been acting really funnily. Once i start it, within few minutes, it inititates Automatic Repair and continuing to the 'System Restore' Option. After a good 30 minutes, it resumes back to the desktop mode.
And the process repeats again in few minutes.
I have not installed anyting that should intitiate this loop, but cant figure out what is the problem too.
Desperately in need of help folks!

Cuz another process is different that installing cd of win8 and then process...so please help me...
